Years after the events of the First Intergalactic War between the inhabitants of Mars, and the people of Earth, the former sends its crown princess, Asseylum Vers Allusia in order to lead peace talks to bridge the two warring factions. After an assassination attempt, the chaos begins and the Terrans and Martians are plummeted into another full-scale war. Caught in the mix are high school student Inaho Kaizuka and his group of friends who are forced to fight alongside Earth’s military forces. Using the power of Aldnoah; an ancient utility discovered by the father of current servant to princess, Slaine Troyard, the Martians start to ravage the Terran planet under the guise of justice for their thought to be deceased princess. Synopsis:

Kousei Arima, a household name in the competitive piano scene was a well-known prodigy when he was child. Unfortunately, the passing of his mother, who also doubled as his piano instructor, caused him to have a nervous breakdown during one of his recitals. After this traumatic experience, he has been unable to play the piano without incident. Despite the help of his friends Watari and Tsubaki, he still hasn’t been able to get out of his slump of living a monotonous life. One day, he meets Kaori Miyazono, a violinist whose passion for music and unorthodox playing style coaxes him back into the world of music.

Story: 9/10 – Great

Raku Ichijou is your normal high school student, who is also the heir apparent of a Yakuza family. The story revolves around a pendant he owns, which was given to him by his first love 10 years before the story began. Up until the present, he still wears the pendant, yet doesn’t remember the girl who gave him the pendant, and what the pendant contains. One day, a beautiful girl named Chitoge Kirisaki transfers to his class, and they immediately get off on the wrong track. Ironically, she is the heir of the very gang the Yakuza are on bad terms with. In order to keep the peace between the gangs, Chitoge and Raku are set up by their fathers to become fake lovers. Through these unexpected turn of events, the wheels of fate start to turn, and Raku begins to learn more about his past love.

The story follows Kaneki Ken, your average, everyday adolescent who lives in a world where the supernatural overlaps with reality. He is indifferent to the existence of ghouls, creatures who survive off of feeding on humans, until after a series of events; he himself is turned into a ghoul. Thrust into this dark world of survival, Kaneki tries to live out his life as a half ghoul-half human hybrid whilst keeping his humanity in check. There to help him through his hardships are the staff of a café called “Anteiku”, whose members are ghouls like him who want to live quiet lives as normal members of society. Continue reading
